Being in real estate means I usually work both days each weekend. This is not a bad thing by any means….it means I have work, and for that I am grateful. So Mondays mean something more to me than the start of the traditional work week. Realtors don’t have specific days or hours that they follow. The work comes all at once often and then you might have a period of a dry spell. The same thing can be said about inventory and prices. The market is cyclical so it makes since that a Realtors business would be as well.
People often ask me, “When is the best time to buy or sell”? Of course the answer changes based on prices, rates and inventory. Naturally the best time for each person is different as well. But there is definitely a pattern that can be seen and a better time for each. In short, the best time to buy or sell is when YOU need to move.
